No Choice..

Assalamu'alaikum!

Here we go, next Monday Lecture 6 will start. I'll be in charge of event management. That means I'll be busy throughout the course. In addition to that, I was also asked to present a module. It's not something that I'd agree to so easily, but it seems that I don't have much of a choice. On top of that, I only found out it this week, so I don't know if I have time to prepare. It's making me nervous.

I designed this program book cover.. It was really fun..

KIK and Senseless Blockage..

KIK or Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif is apparently compulsory for academic now. Is it a burden or a valuable experience?

The management or whoever should not block entertainment websites for academic staffs. By doing that, their limiting our source of teaching material. We don't work in cubicles and are not required to meet any deadlines on clerical work like non-academic staffs. We should be allowed to browse the internet free because our productiveness happens only in the classrooms.

Facebook Faceblocked...

Facebook like mobile phones have become a necessity. Almost everything nowadays happens on Facebook. People are easier to reach through Facebook. Facebook keeps us up-to-date a person's mental condition so that we know when they are depressed and are about to commit suicide and not taunt them. So it totally irritates me when my workplace (needn't be named) blocks Facebook.

I can understand blocking this page on weekdays and during working hours, but for Pete's sake, it's the freaking weekend. People are allowed to be non-productive on their day of.

The Forever Unfinished Project...

The bottom half of the Org. chart - This is just a concept or an idea..
En. Mad seems to like it. But I can't proceed. I haven't gotten all the pictures yet. And some of the ones that I've received are very low in quality. There's not much room to work with when the pictures are small. What d'you guys think?

A Blank Road Map...

Stepping into a classroom unprepared is like getting into a car without money, gas, or a destination. The only thing that'll save you is the text book. The text book is like a map, not even a GPS, it's a map that shows the destination and how to get there. But what it doesn't show is the best place to have lunch, or take a rest, or to stop and do some cam-whoring. There's nothing fun to do through out the trip.
